What is the capacity of the hall?

Coorabell Hall has a maximum capacity of 120 people inside.

Is there parking?

There is off street parking for approximately 20 cars behind the hall, plus. roadside parking on Coolamon Scenic Drive

Are tables and chairs included?

Included in the hire fee is the use of traditional wooden bench seating, approximately 100 stackable chairs, 15 x 6/8 seater folding tables, 4 x 4 seater circular tables plus an assortment of retro tables and chairs.

Are coffee/tea facilities, crockery and cutlery, included?

An assortment of cups, an urn and kettle are provided. Kitchen facilities include a stove with gas cooktop, commercial fridge and commercial dish washer. A bain marie, platters, glasses and crockery and cutlery (approximately 50 settings) is available for use on request.

Is there an outside area and a marquee area?

An area off the eastern entry of the hall has been levelled and turfed for outside use. The hall has a 4x8 metre marquee available for hire.

What are the sound regulations?

Sound guidelines are set out in the hall hire conditions Hall Hire contract. Please read these carefully and do not hire the hall if you cannot comply with them.

Is there a sound system?

Hirers should arrange their own sound engineer and equipment.
